Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of Aced. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You may not use Aced to:
- Violate any law or third-party right.
- Generate or distribute content that is sexual content involving minors, harassing, hateful, threatening, or that incites violence.
- Attempt to bypass academic integrity policies in a way that constitutes fraud or misrepresentation under applicable law.
- Submit content that contains malware, exploits, or attempts to disrupt the Service.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or extract underlying models or data, except as permitted by law.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or its outputs without our written permission.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Use the Service to provide professional advice (legal, medical, financial) to third parties.
- Submit personal information of others (especially minors) without authorization.
Reporting
To report a violation, email abuse@aced.app.
Enforcement
We may, at our discretion, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement. We may update this AUP at any time.
