Refund Policy

Aced (operated by Aced, the "Seller") wants you to be happy with your subscription. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Pro subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.
1. Who Processes Refunds
Our orders are handled by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. and its affiliates ("Stripe"). Stripe is responsible for billing, invoicing, tax, and processing refunds on our behalf.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, manage your subscription from your account Settings, or email us at support@aced.app and we will help coordinate the refund through Stripe. Please include your order ID or the email used to purchase.
3. Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase or renewal date.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Renewal charges are also eligible if you contact us promptly after the renewal.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period.
